• Guests will have to sign a lease prior to arrival.
• QUIET HOURS - daily 9 PM - 9 AM, that includes the outside patio and anywhere near the building.
• NO PARTIES, no gatherings, no play-dates.
• Patio - for quiet enjoyment between the hours of 9 AM - 9 PM and never as a playground.
• NO - shouting, playing loud music, slamming doors, horsing around, or creating any other nuisance that can potentially interfere with the neighbor's quiet enjoyment of their premises.
• NO SMOKING - inside the unit, the patio, any common area, or anywhere within 24 feet of the building, it is strictly prohibited by the city of Santa Monica. Doing so will subject you to a minimum of $500 extra cleaning and remediation fee.
• NO - burning of incense. Doing so will subject you to an extra $ 500 cleaning and remediation fee.
• NO - cooking of shellfish/crustaceans. Doing so will subject you to a minimum of an extra $250 cleaning and remediation fee.
• Misplaced/lost/not returned at check-out parking permit(s) - $250 charge per permit.
• Missing key(s) - will require replacement of the entire lock. The charge will be for a lock and labor.
• Missing towel(s) - $25 charge per towel.
• Missing washcloth(s) - $10 charge per washcloth.
• Missing beach towel(s) - $30 charge per towel.
• Only guests on the original itinerary are permitted in the unit and on the property. You may be charged an additional $100 per night per unauthorized guest. Host reserves the right to refuse additional guests.
• Fireplace - only FIRELOGS can be used, absolutely no wood or paper. NO unattended fire at any time. $20 extra cleaning fee for the use of the fireplace.
• Any violation of house rules may subject you to a penalty charge or eviction and immediate removal from the property without any refund.
• Host lives on site and reserves the right to refuse service.
• Security cameras located on the exterior of the building with a 24-hour monitoring of common areas, patio, walkway, and parking.
